01 · What Turnoo is
Turnoo operates as an independent technology platform for digital mediation and intermediation. Its main purpose is to connect end users (Customers) in real time with shops and self-employed professionals (Affiliated Businesses), so that appointments and time slots that were cancelled or left empty can be taken and filled efficiently, and so that services can be booked in advance.
Turnoo does not provide the final service itself (beauty, health, wellbeing or consulting). Technical, health and civil liability for the service lies solely with the Affiliated Business.
02 · Accounts
By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You can sign up as a customer or as a business. Signing in with Apple or Google is subject to those providers' terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for not sharing access. Turnoo may restrict an account with a very low reliability score, calculated from your real appointment history — never from a fixed label or a single event.
03 · Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the slot is still free at the moment it is created. If someone else gets there first, the system asks you to choose another time. Today the price of an appointment is for information only: Turnoo charges and holds nothing when you book. If a business turns on prepayment or a deposit, it will be governed by the deposit policy in force at that time.
04 · Turnoos
A Turnoo is a slot freed up at the last minute that the business publishes in the feed. Taking it means accepting the specific conditions of that offer (time, price, professional).
05 · Payments
Today the service is paid for at the business, directly to the professional; Turnoo does not intermediate or hold that payment. A charge or deposit handled through the app is a future, optional feature per business, described in the deposit policy.
06 · Disputes
No-shows, a closed shop or service-quality issues are handled through the help centre in the app. For consumer disputes in the EU you can use theEuropean Commission's ODR platform.
07 · Businesses: Turnoo Business subscription
Businesses that subscribe to Turnoo Business also accept the Turnoo Business terms: plans and prices (excluding VAT), monthly, 6-monthly (-10%) or annual (-20%) billing, the welcome gift (15 days, 1 month or 2 months free depending on the billing period; one per account, card required), automatic renewal and reminders, cancellation, refunds, non-payment and suspension. The subscription can only be purchased at biz.turnoo.app.
