English translation provided for convenience; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails. These terms complement the terms of service for businesses that subscribe to Turnoo Business. Company details will be updated once the company is incorporated. Version: 8 October 2026.
01 · Purpose, parties and business-only scope
1.1. These Terms govern the purchase and use of Turnoo Business, Turnoo's subscription service for appointment-based businesses (hair salons, barbers, beauty centres, clinics and similar). It includes the business's presence on the Turnoo platform, its calendar, catalogue, online bookings and the features of each plan, including Turnoo Radar.
1.2. The provider is [RAZÓN SOCIAL], tax ID [NIF], registered office at [DOMICILIO], registered with the [REGISTRO MERCANTIL], legal contact email [EMAIL LEGAL] ("Turnoo").
1.3. The customer is the individual or legal entity that holds the business account and buys a subscription (the "Owner").
1.4. Businesses and professionals only. Turnoo Business is offered only to people and entities acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. By subscribing, the Owner declares that they are buying for their business and not as a consumer; consumer protection rules, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.
1.5. How to subscribe.
- Subscriptions are bought only on the web, at biz.turnoo.app, in the Plan section. Payment is processed by Stripe. The mobile app shows the subscription status but does not sell subscriptions.
- Before paying, the Owner sees the plan, the billing interval, the price, the length of the welcome gift, the date and amount of the first charge, the automatic renewal and how to cancel.
- The Owner accepts these Terms by ticking the checkbox at checkout and receives a confirmation email with a summary and a link to these Terms.
- The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English. Input errors can be corrected before confirming payment.
1.6. These Terms are supplemented by the terms of service, the privacy policy and, where applicable, the data processing agreement [LINK]. On subscription and billing matters, these Terms prevail.
02 · Plans and prices
2.1. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT and other indirect taxes, which are added to the invoice (see 15).
2.2. Plans.
- Solo: €29/month · semiannual €156.60 (10% off; equivalent to €26.10/month) · annual €278.40 (20% off; equivalent to €23.20/month).
- Ritmo: €59/month · semiannual €318.60 (10% off; equivalent to €53.10/month) · annual €566.40 (20% off; equivalent to €47.20/month).
- Estudio: €99/month · semiannual €534.60 (10% off; equivalent to €89.10/month) · annual €950.40 (20% off; equivalent to €79.20/month).
2.3. Extra professionals (seats).
- Solo: +€9/month per professional · semiannual +€48.60 · annual +€86.40 · up to 3 extra.
- Ritmo: +€7/month per professional · semiannual +€37.80 · annual +€67.20 · up to 15 extra.
- Estudio: not applicable, unlimited professionals included.
Extra seats follow the billing interval of the plan and are charged together with it.
2.4. Turnoo Radar commissions. Turnoo charges a commission on the value of appointments recovered through Turnoo Radar ("Turnoos"): Solo 8%, Ritmo 5%, Estudio 0%. The commission is billed monthly in arrears, whatever the plan's billing interval; it is never charged on anything recovered during the welcome gift, and discounts and promo codes do not reduce it.
2.5. The features of each plan are those described on the biz.turnoo.app plans page at the time of purchase.
03 · Billing intervals and discounts
3.1. The Owner chooses one of three billing intervals: monthly, semiannual (6 months, 10% off) or annual (12 months, 20% off), both on the equivalent monthly price (table in 2.2).
3.2. Each period is paid in advance, at its start (or when the welcome gift ends), using the card on file.
3.3. Interval discounts apply for as long as that interval is kept. Promo codes that repeat over several months ("X months free", "X% off for N months") are only valid on monthly billing; they do not apply to semiannual or annual billing. Other codes can be combined with the interval discount only where the code expressly allows it.
04 · Welcome gift
4.1. What it is. An account's first subscription includes a free period (the "Welcome gift") whose length depends on the chosen interval: 15 days free on monthly, 1 month (30 days) on semiannual and 2 months (60 days) on annual.
4.2. Card required. A valid card must be registered to start the gift. Nothing is charged during the gift.
4.3. Automatic conversion to paid. When the gift ends, Turnoo will automatically charge the card on file the full price of the chosen period (plus extra seats and VAT), unless the Owner has cancelled before then. The subscription then renews under 5.
4.4. One gift per account, ever. Each account can enjoy only one Welcome gift in its lifetime. It is not per plan, per business or per interval.
4.5. When it is refused. The gift is not granted, and the subscription starts paid from day one, if a gift has already been enjoyed by the same card (identified by the technical fingerprint Stripe provides, stored only as a keyed hash, never the card number), the same verified phone number, the same normalised email address (without dots or "+" aliases at providers such as Gmail) or the same Stripe customer. If card reuse is detected after checkout, the gift ends at that moment and the first period is charged immediately; the checkout page discloses this and Turnoo sends an email explaining the charge. Turnoo does not use device fingerprinting or VPN detection for these purposes.
4.6. Reminders before the first charge. Turnoo sends a reminder by email, push notification and in-product notice 7 and 3 days before the gift ends, on every interval, stating the date and amount of the charge, with a link to cancel. Stripe may also send its own reminders. If a reminder fails to arrive for technical reasons, the conversion in 4.3 still takes place, because the Owner was told about it at purchase; Turnoo will nevertheless handle reasonable complaints in good faith.
4.7. Cancelling during the gift. Nothing is charged, the service continues until the gift ends and, if the Owner subscribes again later, they pay from day one.
4.8. Changing plan or interval during the gift. It never grants a new gift or extends the current one. Switching to a shorter interval shortens the gift to that interval's length, counted from the gift's start; if that length has already passed, the gift ends at the moment of the change and the first period is charged (the amount and date are shown before confirming). Switching to a longer interval keeps the gift's end date. When the gift ends, the plan, interval and seats in effect at that time are charged.
4.9. Promo codes. A code granting free months replaces the Welcome gift; it does not stack with it and counts as the account's gift for 4.4. Multi-month codes only work on monthly billing (3.3).
4.10. Abuse. Turnoo may refuse or end a gift obtained in breach of this section (for example, through repeated accounts or false details), under 11.
05 · Automatic renewal and reminders
5.1. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for another period of the same length, at the then-current price, charged to the card on file, unless the Owner cancels beforehand (7).
5.2. Renewal reminders. For semiannual and annual subscriptions, Turnoo sends a reminder 30 and 7 days before each renewal, by email, push notification and in-product notice, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. Stripe may also send its own reminders. Monthly subscriptions get no advance reminder; after every charge a receipt is sent with a link to manage or cancel the subscription.
5.3. The Owner must keep their email address and payment method up to date.
06 · Changes of plan, interval and seats
6.1. Upgrades (higher plan, longer interval or more seats) take effect immediately. The prorated difference up to the end of the current period is charged at that moment, and the new renewal date follows the new interval.
6.2. Downgrades (lower plan, shorter interval or fewer seats) take effect at the next renewal. Until then, the plan, interval and seats already paid for remain, with no refund of the difference.
6.3. If a downgrade leaves more active professionals than available seats, the Owner must deactivate the excess before renewal; if they do not, Turnoo may deactivate the most recently added ones after giving notice.
6.4. During the Welcome gift, 4.8 applies.
07 · Cancellation
7.1. The Owner may cancel at any time, with no minimum term and no penalty.
7.2. Cancellation is done online, through the same channel used to subscribe: at biz.turnoo.app, in the Plan section, with the "Cancelar suscripción" (Cancel subscription) button or from "Gestionar suscripción" (Manage subscription, Stripe customer portal). It can also be requested by writing to [EMAIL LEGAL] from the account's email address. Turnoo confirms the cancellation by email.
7.3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (or of the gift, if cancelled during it). Until then the service keeps working and the Owner can reactivate the subscription. From that date no further charges are made and the business is no longer published.
7.4. Turnoo Radar commissions accrued up to the effective cancellation date are invoiced as normal.
08 · Refunds
8.1. Periods already started are non-refundable, including semiannual and annual periods. There are no prorated refunds for cancellation, downgrades or non-use. This does not exclude refunds required by law.
8.2. Exceptions. Turnoo will refund the unused prorated part of a prepaid period when the service ends for a reason attributable to Turnoo: if it terminates the contract without any breach by the Owner, if it stops providing Turnoo Business or if it materially breaches the contract.
8.3. Charges made in error (duplicates or wrong amounts) are corrected or refunded.
8.4. Refunds under 8.2 and 8.3 are requested at [EMAIL LEGAL] and made to the original payment method.
09 · Non-payment and suspension (freeze)
9.1. First charge after the gift. If it fails, Turnoo immediately unpublishes the account's businesses and freezes the account (9.3). Stripe keeps retrying the card during the configured retry period (currently [X] days).
9.2. Renewals for Owners who have already paid. If a renewal fails for an Owner who has paid at least one period, the service keeps working normally during Stripe's retry period (grace period), with a notice displayed. If payment is still missing at the end of that period, the account is frozen.
9.3. What the freeze means.
Blocked
Receiving new bookings. Publishing or editing the business. Using plan features, including Turnoo Radar.
Still available
Accessing the account. Updating the payment method and paying. Exporting data (13). Viewing and handling already-confirmed appointments under the appointments-during-freeze policy [LINK]; confirmed appointments are not deleted.
9.4. When the account is frozen, Turnoo sends the Owner an email and an in-product notice stating the reason, what is blocked, how to reactivate and how to export data.
9.5. Reactivation. Paying the outstanding amount lifts the freeze automatically. The Owner must republish their businesses manually. Data is kept while the freeze lasts, subject to the limit in 13.
9.6. Amounts due remain owed even if the account is frozen or the subscription ends, and 12 applies.
10 · Chargebacks and disputes
10.1. The Owner keeps their right to dispute any charge with their bank. Before doing so, we ask them to write to [EMAIL LEGAL]: most issues can be solved earlier and at no cost.
10.2. If a dispute or chargeback is opened on a Turnoo charge, the withdrawn amount is treated as unpaid: the account is frozen and its businesses are unpublished immediately (9.3); the account, card, phone and email involved permanently lose eligibility for the Welcome gift; and Turnoo submits to the card network, through Stripe, evidence of the purchase and of the service (acceptance of these Terms with version, date and time, reminders sent, receipts, service usage and the cancellation policy).
10.3. The freeze is lifted if the dispute is resolved in Turnoo's favour, if the Owner pays the amount, or by Turnoo's decision after review. If the dispute is resolved in the Owner's favour because the charge was not owed, Turnoo will lift the freeze.
11 · Fraud prevention
11.1. To prevent fraud and abuse of the gift, Turnoo analyses risk signals such as the same card being reused across several accounts, prepaid or virtual cards used on gift sign-ups (through Stripe Radar rules), multiple failed card attempts, disputes and chargebacks, or abusive use of refunds.
11.2. Depending on severity, they may lead to a manual review, refusal of the gift, a freeze of the account or termination of the contract under 12. Termination decisions are made after review by a person.
11.3. Turnoo does not use device fingerprinting or VPN detection. The card fingerprint is stored only as a keyed hash, and phone numbers and emails are compared in normalised form.
11.4. This processing relies on Turnoo's legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Article 6(1)(f) and Recital 47 GDPR). The data is kept for [PERIOD] and the Owner may object. More information in the privacy policy.
12 · Measures in case of breach
12.1. If the Owner fails to pay, commits fraud or seriously breaches these Terms, Turnoo may, proportionately:
- a) suspend (freeze) the account and unpublish the businesses (9);
- b) terminate the contract, with 30 days' notice and reasons, or without that notice where the law requires otherwise or in cases of proven fraud or repeated breach;
- c) claim the debt: overdue amounts accrue late-payment interest automatically at the statutory rate under Spanish Law 3/2004 of 29 December (ECB rate + 8 percentage points), plus the fixed €40 compensation for recovery costs under its Article 8 and any further documented recovery costs;
- d) go to court, including the Spanish order-for-payment procedure (procedimiento monitorio);
- e) report fraud to Stripe and, through Stripe, to the card networks;
- f) refuse future accounts or gifts linked to the same card, phone, email or account.
12.2. None of these measures prevents the Owner from exporting their data (13) or exercising their legal rights.
13 · Data during suspension and data export
13.1. The Owner can export their businesses' data at any time, including while the account is frozen.
13.2. If the account stays frozen or cancelled for 12 consecutive months, Turnoo will anonymise its operational data. Billing data is kept, blocked, for the periods required by law (6 years for accounting records and 4 years for tax-relevant records).
13.3. For the personal data of the business's end customers, Turnoo acts as processor on the Owner's behalf under the data processing agreement [LINK].
14 · Changes to prices and to these Terms
14.1. Price changes. Turnoo may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email and in the product. The new price applies only from the next renewal after that notice period, never to a current period already paid. The Owner may cancel at no cost before it applies.
14.2. Changes to these Terms. Changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email. If the Owner disagrees, they may cancel before the changes take effect. Changes required by law or for security reasons may apply sooner, with the reason explained.
15 · Invoicing and taxes
15.1. Turnoo issues an invoice for every charge (each period, each prorated adjustment and the monthly Turnoo Radar commissions), available at biz.turnoo.app and in the Stripe portal.
15.2. Prices exclude VAT. Spanish VAT (21%) applies to Owners established in the Spanish VAT territory; Owners established in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism; Owners established in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the EU are taxed under the applicable regime. The Owner is responsible for the accuracy of their tax details.
15.3. Semiannual and annual periods are invoiced in full when charged.
16 · Liability
16.1. Turnoo provides the service with professional diligence but does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings or Turnoos. Turnoo's total liability to the Owner is capped at the amount the Owner paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Loss of profit is excluded, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Turnoo is not liable for the service the business provides to its own customers.
17 · Governing law and jurisdiction
17.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
17.2. Disputes are subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.

19 · Platform visibility and data (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150)
19.1. Ranking. In Turnoo search, categories and the map, businesses are ordered mainly by [PARAMETERS]. Businesses that buy Turnoo Destacado (a paid add-on) may appear in sponsored positions, labelled as such; details of the add-on are available at [LINK].
19.2. Data. [PENDING] The Owner's and Turnoo's access to data generated by use of the service (bookings, customers, analytics), and whether it is shared with third parties.
19.3. The grounds for suspension and termination are those in 9 to 12. Each measure is notified with reasons, by email.
